Website-use terms
Using the Liberalsun website
This website is operated by LIBERALSUN REAL ESTATE & CONSTRUCTION CO. It presents properties, services and information and lets you contact us. These terms concern use of the website. Any property transaction or service engagement needs its own agreed documentation.
Property information and availability
Listings, photographs, plans, dimensions, prices and availability are informational and can change. Before making a decision, ask Liberalsun to confirm current details, included costs and the relevant property documents. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a property or conclude a purchase. Articles provide general information; obtain advice suited to your circumstances for legal, tax or financial decisions.
Responsible use and enquiries
Use the website lawfully. Do not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access or send spam or unlawful content. Provide accurate, relevant contact information and send personal information only when necessary for your enquiry. Our privacy notice explains how enquiry and website information is processed.
Links, questions and updates
External links and social sharing lead to services operated by others, with their own terms and privacy practices. For website questions or corrections, contact [email protected] or +902425192070. We may update these website-use terms as the website changes. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
